The Campmajó Bikes online store offers accessories and components related to Campmajó bicycles. Our proprietary accessories are manufactured on-demand by our team in Tarragona, Spain so delivery times may vary and will be confirmed once the order has been received and processed.
All products can be delivered worldwide, subject to applicable export regulations and international shipping restrictions.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process according to the destination country and applicable legislation. 7. Order Processing and Production Times
To make a purchase, you must follow the online checkout procedure and click on “Checkout”. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract for the purchase of a product between the customer and Campmajó Bikes SL is only formed when the product is dispatched. Campmajó Bikes SL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description or price, or errors in the order.
8. Shipping Policy
Campmajó Bikes ships orders nationally and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during the checkout process depending on the destination and size of the order. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information. Campmajó Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, or other external circumstances. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without cost only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been prepared for shipment or before the production process has started. For products that are custom made or manufactured according to the customer's specifications, once production has started the order cannot be cancelled.

10. Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Products that are custom made, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Campmajó Bikes. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

All products sold by Campmajó Bikes are covered by the legal warranty established under applicable legislation. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the customer should contact our team so that the issue can be evaluated and an appropriate solution can be provided.
